Return of Shipped Items
Delivery of returned merchandise will be refused and credit will not be issued without written authorization and shipping instructions from Sideshift. Return request must be emailed, mailed or faxed to Sideshift. The request should include an itemized list of material, stating the reason for the requested return. Upon approval Sideshift will assign a “RMA” number; Return Merchandise Authorization Number "which must be placed on the return shipping container. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Credit will be issued on original invoice price less 25% inspection and handling charge. No credit will be issued on Sideshift products returned as a result of pilferage of parts. Sideshift will not accept any returns after 30 days. Sideshift is not responsible for freight charges on merchandise being returned for credit
Refund Non-Shipped Items
A 10% administrative fee on all paid order not shipped will the discounted from the total refund.
Prices are tax excluded
